Well, I suppose I should start at the beginning. But I don't really know too much about too far into the beginning. I was younger, and nothing was really that exciting. Plus it was a century ago... How am I supposed to remember? Oh well... You get what you get.
I was born from the waves, from Poseidon and Neptune, from the crashing surf and a bit of magic. You get the picture. Lots of sparkles and shiny things, lots of water. Tons. I had no true mother, as a spirit, but I was raised by several. A mermaid(she was okay), a siren(she was creepy), a faerie(too far from the water), and eventually by myself. I got the views from several different creatures, easy. That gave me some insight to how I would work my magic.
Years started ticking by like seconds, and before I knew it I needed no further guidance. Still, I tried to find out as much as I could, though I usually forgot it. I doubt even a genius could have remembered it though! So, I grew. I lived, I laughed. I even went to the human world.
That's right. I visited this place called Ashling once. I spent a few years there, but after an... incident with a human boy and a pool, I left. It wasn't the place for me. I still take a look around the place, every thirty years or so, just to keep it in my head. That is, so I can remember it. I plan to do so much more, but there's still time.
Lots of time.
