THE RULES
please, please, please take your time to read through these or at least skim through them! if any of the staff see that you are not following the rules then punishment or warnings will follow so it is best to at least look these over and make sure you are familiar with everything. 'i didn't know' will not be a very good excuse if the rules clearly tell you not to and you just didn't feel like reading.
GENERAL
it is very important here to treat other people how you would like to be treated. do not be rude to other members, guests, or staff because that could land you being banned from the website and you wouldn't want that, would you?
if the staff makes a decision please be respectful of the decision. we worked very hard on this site and don't want people disrespecting what we decide. we are very lenient as it is, so be good to us and we won’t give you a hard time.
if another member and yourself are having problems please either go to a staff member for help to sort it out or take it elsewhere. as long as you and that other member are here you will treat one another nicely, got it? we don't want any fighting.
MAKING CHARACTERS
we have quite the variety in choices for characters here. for whatever race that you decide to play as please make sure you follow the links in your acceptance for proper claims. we will love you for it. seriously.
the face claim for all of your characters should be real people. please try not to use people from myspace and such. models, actors/actresses, musicians, athletes, and such work just fine but not just random faces from facebook or myspace. anime, drawings, and other things related to that won't work, sorry. we made it to where every creature can have a human appearance for a reason, ya know.
i don't want the application for your character to be a pity party or anything so don't make abesolutley everything about them completely unlucky and horrible. there is good and bad. oh, and no making them abesolutely perfect either. both those things are kind of boring at some point.
if you ever want to kill, make some life changing event, or make your character pregnant.. please contact an admin for permission. we don't want characters suddenly becoming inactive because they are dead and we don't know it or have the site some baby making factory either. so please, tell us.
WRITING
all that we ask is that you do two paragraphs that are five or more sentences each! be descriptive, be creative, and most importantly have fun.
if you are doing any kind of thread that involves mature things (you should know what they are) then please put a warning in the thread title. a little violence isn't bad but if we have intestines flying all over then be nice and put a bit of a warning?
this may sound picky but please blockquote and make your posts in size one. it makes everything look clean and i will abesolutely love you for it! i won't kill you if you don't do it though. or will i?
BITS AND ENDS
this site is rated pg13 to comply with proboards rules. if you do not apprciate that then obviously do not join. if you do anything naughty then we will delete it. basically nothing that is over the top and graphic with gore or hardcore drugs and no sex scenes. if your characters take place with any of that then fade to black and leave it to imaginations, alright? much appreciated.
the staff is here to help you. do not be nervous about contacting us ever because we will not be bothered by you. we don't bite.
for every character that you make you are going to need to make another account. it just looks neater that way and keeps everything in order!
