ekundayo is a nomadic clan of mer-people. it is mostly made
up (if not completely) of misfit or abandoned merfolk who have
nowhere to turn. the ekundayo don't stop moving so if you can't
keep up- well, then that would be your own problem. affections
don't always run high here so don't expect anyone to feel bad for
you. you are expected to help and be loyal to the clan. if you
every go against it then you will be personally punished by the
clan leader, keto. the only purpose of this clan is survival and
living a long, strong life. just be sure to prove that you are good
enough to stick around and are completely loyal.

NITA LARENE

Nita's been exiled from her family, the powerful Mahina clan, for over a decade. In that time, she's made alliances with other merfolk who have been exiled or banished. Nita's all about surviving and she's smart enough to realize that she can't survive without powerful friends, hence her hopeful alliance with the Ekundayo. She still has a lot of influence and has used it to ensure her survival thus far, but it's been a long and lonely process. Perhaps over time, she'll become a full-fledged member, but she likes her independence...for now.
